Most repairs are completed within 30–60 minutes. Filter replacements take about 30 minutes. Complex PCB or pump repairs may take up to 2 hours. We carry most common spares in stock.
Yes, our technicians carry standard filters, O-rings, connectors, and common membranes. Specialty parts for specific models may be ordered and delivered within 24 hours.
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we fix it free of charge. New filters and membranes carry their own standard warranty.
Pre-filters (sediment and carbon) should be replaced every 6–12 months. The RO membrane every 2–3 years. Annual service visits help catch problems before they become costly.
